2003 Shiraz

2005 Shiraz Viognier

The 2005 vintage allowed us to make this wine in the traditional Rhone style, as the Shiraz and Viognier ripened almost simultaneously. The wine was made from from selected grapes, co-fermented in open topped fermenters and basket pressed. Dark berry with a hint of black pepper and a slight floral note are the characteristics of this wine. There is a fine balance of silky tannins and delicious fruit flavours which combine to make this an excellent wine. This wine will continue to improve over ten plus years.

Awarded Best Traditional Red Blend and Best Wine by a Small Winemaker at the 2007 King Valley Wine Show.

Awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2007 Cowra Wine Show
